TUM Urban Ecosystems Group

The Working Group TUM Urban Ecosystems [UEG] is a platform and network for all scientists interested in urban ecological and environmental issues to meet, share, and collaborate.

The group aims to:

  1. condense and highlight relevant talks, workshops, meetings, events across departments/faculty at TUM;
  2. invite inspiring speakers to present new research (e.g. via Weihenstephaner Forum);
  3. offer an interdisciplinary and inclusive network for exchanging ideas and questions, and also to catalyze new initiatives

 The group is affiliated with the Centre of Urban Ecology and Climate Adaptation at TUM (https://www.zsk.tum.de/en/home/)

We meet regularly for TGIF Fridays at Five in front of the forestry building (Hans Carl-von-Carlowitz-Platz 2).
